Aided CTRS staff in providing active treatment, involving individualized assessment, treatment planning, treatment implementation, evaluation, and adhered to documentation guidelines. Aided CTRS staff to restore, remediate, or rehabilitate specific aspects of physical, cognitive, emotional, or social functioning. Assisted veterans who have medical, psychiatric, developmental disabilities, substance abuse, sensory impairments, or other disabling conditions to improve functioning and independence in life activities. Aided CTRS staff in the Community Living Center (Nursing Home), Spinal Cord Injury Unit, and Acute Psych Care Unit in improving and maintaining inpatient’s quality of life. Developed, managed, supervised, and maintained special events for outpatient veterans. Coordinated volunteer groups and served as their point of contact for special events and daily group assistance/participation.

Performed in emergency response drills for over 50 personnel, decreasing response time by 9 minutes. Awarded the most efficient and timely response team. Provided emergency medical treatment, limited primary care, and health protection and evacuation from a point of injury of illness.
